Some designs need to be sent out. These designs will be charged at our cost and can run from $100 - $400 depending on the complexity of the design. |

The discount for designs over 25,000 stitches are |

$1.25 per 1000 for the first 25,000 stitches |

| Delivery |
Most of the time we can turn around an order within two weeks or ten business days. Custom design work takes longer due to the approval process and can take up to four weeks from start to finish. Please plan ahead. The better the artwork, the shorter the lead-time. |
